can i use soilless organic blends in my ebb and flow system

im using botanicare triflex products and im wondering if anyone else is using these products and how much i should use my plants are like 19 days old and 4to5 in high plz help

i was told not to use organic ready grow substrate in my ebb and flow system because thats what i was using origanly and someone made fun of me but i was looken around and i can use it right i was just wondering because im now using clay pellets and im wondering how many times i should water a day

what the fuck is going on with my leafs on my plants as u can see on the first pick u can see the yellow stuff that just popped up all of a sudden then the last to u can see that my leafs are curling under and they look all fried or somthing:evil: they are only 18 days old what do u tnk good/bad...
