hi all. i have hydroponics system growin 3 plants. all the sudden, 3 plants started to show lowerleaves turning yellow and they stopped growing. im very worried because i change water every week and add ewc every 3 days. all plants are a month old now. can anyone tell me whats going on?

im growing a plant with hydroponics system. i realized few weeks that my plant has been over nuted so i cut the nut for a week and started feed a little. and now top of the leaf shows abnormality. (very left is top ) . can anyone tell what is going on?
