Im just starting into the 12 hour cycle, i have these little black nats, i went and bought some stuff from the grow shop called natural, didnt work, i also have a small problem with spider mites, can i use pyretheum not sure about the spelling, but its a fogger

noticed dust like crap coming off leafs, room temp stays between 70 and 80, humidity stays between 45 and 65 and plenty of air circulation, can anyone tell me whats going on, i do run an a/c , i thought it was bugs at first.
