through a communication error my lights were not turned off this mornign for dark time. They are 1 week into flowering. I've elected to stick with it instead of switch the cycle. Any potential problem with one 24 hour day during early flowering?

All right so I'm 49 days vegetative from a seed. My ladies are 18 inches and 12 inches tall and happy to be alive lol. I wanna hear some input on trimming. What do yall look for when you do. Where do you trim, and lastly what do i see to gain from each technique.
