I have had my 2 plants in flowering for almost 12 weeks, and there are still no buds. There are alot of white hairs, all over, but no signs of buds. I am only using CFL's, and there on 12-12 on/off time. Are these plants messed up, or should I wait it out? I do not know what they are, someone...

6 CFL's, started flowering a couple weeks ago, but I still cant tell, but they might all be male. Started bending them and lowered the lights when they were more horizontal. Let me know what you think, maybe some tips? Planning on getting splitters tomorrow so I will have 12 CFl's going.
