With a grow box that is well ventilated how can you maintain the humidity inside with all the air flow in and out?

How would you go about maintaining temperature in a smaller grow box...like the size of a bc bloom box...It seems to me with good (needed) ventilation that you won't be able to control the temp inside much..because of all the air flow in and out...does the outer room temp matter alot? What...
