Im nearing my first grow and only used a little bit of worm castings and some Extreme Serene root booster. I only watered the plant maybe twice with the root booster and castings. other than that its been plain old water.

Hi this is my first cfl grow and I'm about 3-4 weeks into flowering. My upper buds have lots of white hairs but my lower buds barley have any. How can I fix this? Can I add a lower light? I only use 4 23w cfl in a power strip for 2 small plants in solo cups.
