Ok so ive notice that since my plant is in the flowering stage every time i turn the lights off the leafs and everything start to droop. But when the lights come on the leafs go back up and do there thing. It doesnt seem to be affecting my plant if its not normal but i need some help.

My plant is now 12 days flowering and the pistils are starting to multiply like crazy in bunches. But some of the pistils towards the bottom of the stalk have like red lines in them or are almost filled in red. Whats going on?
