I can't manage to make it past a week. My seedlings start to lean and grow brownish reddish stems, any idea what I'm doing wrong

Hi this is my first time posting so let me know if something id wrong. OK so I'm using a hydro system but to start my seeds, Isprouted them in Rockwool cubes. I soaked the cubes and planted my seeds. About 4 days later They are maybe 1 inch tall and leaning is this normal? I have 2 seedlings...
