If a grower has a large plant does the bud take longer to ripen, than a smaller plant?

I have a plant that was feminized sweet dreams. It has yellow male flower on it( look like bananas). Its has ful buds that look like they are really starting to ripen some red hairs that have swelled, but still alot of white hairs. the plant already has some seeds, but alot of bud. any advise...

hey guys i had some large plants 5 footers that broke under the weight of the buds and i was just wondering if i can still let my buds ripen up a couple more days before i start to dry by putting them in like a vase with water the plant is sweet dreams and it was showing a few amber trichomes...

HEY plants are 4 weeks into fruiting ,if i presexed them and then let them veg some more will that effect the flowering time .....meaning if i had started them on such and such a date then the should be done 8 weeks later regardless of the time they were being presexed
