I have some better pics of my problem. I went away for a few days and came back to these spots. the plants had grown way too close to the lights so maybe heat or burn from lights? Could this be pests of some kind? Help quick please! Thanks!

I have never had this problem on any previous grows. Could this be heat stress, bugs, fungus or what? any help please from some experienced growers.
