My first grow, 3 and a half weeks old, I water them daily, they outdoors, what do you think of them? any advice? sexes?

When I grow on my aerogarden I was going to start with seeds, then once they grow I was going to make clones of only the females, and then take out the male plants and put the clones in the spots, is that a good idea?
