really cold and windy out lately im thinking of cutting her down how u think she looks? other then having to cut the top part off already :p

so i looked up about cutting, hanging and curing. When it was hanging and drying the flowers were just getting firm and dry, i read thats when you put it in a mason jar, and flip it around every day. Today i go to burp it and the buds are getting soft again? what should i do

so this is my first harvest, unclear if i should have been pulling these leaves off during flowering or not, either way, do i just trash this, or is there anything i can do with it?
