I was wondering, Im about to order my seed from sea of seeds. I live in GA where marijuana is forbidden. If I order them offline, is there any risk? can they mointer my computer? what would happen if they are confiscated? just need to know if I can do this?

Hello im starting my first indoor grow. I bought the sh bubbleponics with the upgraded cfl mutispectrum bulbs. The problem I am having is that I live in the middle of Georgia, and there is nowhere around here that I can get good seeds. Is there someone out there that can help me?
