In your opinion what is the best size grow room/tent for a 1000w dim ballast an why?

With an air cooled indoor setup with Mylar in 5 gallon pots how many plants do you or have you put under a 1000w light without decreasing yields

So if your venting fresh air into your room from outside what about when the outside temps drop around 10-30 degrees is there a way to combat that? I have a air cooled light an only read about not cooling the light an removing the glass ......... any other suggestions to bring the temp up on...

So with a fresh air in an exhaust out set up during the winter months how are you guys keeping your fresh air coming in the room at a manageable temp to work with when its say 10 degress outside? Any an all advice is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
