Starting up a small setup, maybe a wardrobe or something? Just wondering how much Watts each light should be for each plant? Say, if i had 3 plants in same area would a 42w 6500k cfl be sufficient hanging above each plant? Is this enough light or is it more than I'll need?

I've heard banana peel is good 4 outdoor plants, 4 the worms obviously. is orange peel alright as well, or 2 acidic?
