First day of flower how would I reveg and keep the plant? If I cut the bud off when its done do I just go back to 12/12 or what?

Think I accidentally FIMd..not really sure if this was supposed to occur from topping. But there's branches growing from the bud sites so I'm assuming they're colas..I mean the bud has to grow somehwere right? Lol

This plant is 3 weeks old, 7 inches tall, been growing about an inch a day in the past few days id like to clone but the branches seem too short

Ok so i know you veg for however big you want your plant to be by the end of flowering. I know the plant will double, possibly triple by the end of flowering. My question is, do you go by the bottom of the main stem to the top of the plant to get the height? Or do you go by the base of the new...
