Some of my leaves have random neon greenish splotches, much like a tiny little Predator has been running around my garden bleeding. Is this some sort of nute burn?

I think the proper term is margins, but I could be wrong. Wither way they are real bumpy, and not growing as fast as they were. Could it be root lock? It has been in a small pot for a while. Also, the inside of the blades are darker green than the edges.

I know its a bad idea to use time release stuff for this very reason but how do you go about flushing when the ladies are done? Is it possible to pull them up, rinse off the root balls and put them in a bucket of water for the last week of life, essentially going hydro at the end?
