My plant got burned, this is what it looks like 2 days after. Should I snip the burnt leaves or will they revive?

This is my setup that I made out of stuff around the house. Currently have 1x32w, 3x26w. The whole setup cost me nothing, just stuff I found around the house. Im about to change the foil to mylar/emergency blankets and maybe add in some stronger CFLs.

My 2 week old clone started developing some purple on the stems and its spread to the base of some of the leaves. other than that the plant seems healthy. Is this a problem? I have my setup in my closet and I smoke cigs and weed in my room, sometimes hotboxing it. is the smoke good for the plants? Im thinking the CO2 would help but i dont know about the rest of the smoke.

I hooked up a new light setup but it fell on my plant while I was away and scorched some of the leaves. One of the new leaves is completely burned and looks dead, two of them partially burned. The plant is still healthy, but I dont know if i should trim the dead leaves or just leave them? anyone...
