Are these preflowers ? If so what are they looking like ?? It has 8 weeks veg under cfls for 24 hours, somedays 22/2 . Just started giving nutes 3 weeks ago, miracle grow.

I have a month and a half with this plant. Came from bagseed from some dense dark dank stuff. Has been burned when it was at 4 weeks , stunted growth a bit, transplanted to bigger pot, than I topped it, than a week later around week 6 my dog ate a lot of fan leaves, once again stunted growth...
