The spot's not totally on the leaf, but a little up the stem. It's only on a few branches. Does anyone know what it could be? Does it mean she could be lacking something?

Just got my first autoflower seed in(only bought one, kinda broke), I'm currently doing the paper towel method for germination then it's going straight outside as I don't have any lighting setups. I will keep you guys updated with pictures. I'm a newbie grower but I'd say I'm learning fast...
