150W HPS Medium Base Bulb / Lamp ED17 will that "Medium" base on that HPS fit into a normal light socket without having to buy a ballast? I understand that any HPS or MH light that quotes "Mogul Base bulb" requires a ballast to run. Thanks for the help!
