How concerned should I be about some dying leaves that are low on the plant? I think either due to no light from the new ones blocking them or perhaps something else.

Appears that plants are real short with a ton of leaves, not really growing in height or stem thickness but rather filling out. Is this ok? Should I do something about it? Move the lights away to encourage height?
