Hi everyone new to this thread, i started my first cfl grow, can anyone help determine male or female, or any other suggestions, looks like a female to me? If so should i start flowing process soon?

Hey everyone, I'm new to growing and start seeding my seeds...I was wounding if it was safe to use Hoffman's purely organic potting soil , that I purchase local garden store, plant these suckers in? Thanks
