Ive got a hermie growing. Im just curious if i leave it til just before it would polinate then cut it and cure it, will it be mature enough to be any good?

Well all of my sprouts this grow and past have stated with two round leaves then grown another two and then took off, But oddly one seed of the same kind as the others started with three leaves and grew three more. Whats up with this.. is it a mutation, or what?
