When using the Recipe For Success Starter Kit is the "ROOT 66 and SugarDaddy Mix" the only stuff that gets sprayed on the plant and every thing else goes in the soil even the next step of Root 66 a lone or am I missing something.

I've gotten my self confused. I'll most likely be going with lights, either T5 or CFL. I can't remember what and where I read what color spectrum to use at what stages or if there is one I can use through the grow cycle.

Any one using these T5 High Output Fluorescent lights? What are the Advantage and disadvantages?

I know I have found this before, but today I can't seem to. What are the 2 color temps I should be looking for? I know it's blue and red but what is the number? I'm thinking it was something like 5k and 2 or 3k.
