This plant was planted September 26th. It is still on an 18/6 cycle. Is it showing its sex?? They almost look like the beginning of pollen sacks to me, but i thought they didn't show their sex until a few weeks into the flowering phase. And ideas???

I have a mini sun-burst 150 Watt HPS light. I was wondering if this would be enough to bud 4-5 plants? I am not working with much space here. The plants pill be set up in a 4'x4' closet. Should I upgrade to a higher wattage? Or can I get away with just the 150 Watt light?

I bought 2 75w Philips agro lights for The Home Depot. Are these good for starting off and vegging seedling? I know there has been some issues with the bulbs torching the plant and soil due to poor ventilation. That aside are they good for vegging plants quickly?
