so i topped my plant and the 2 new tops grew out. but now ther sopt where i cut regrew and i now have 3 tops. is this normal?

So I have this plant in veg 18/6. And I water it from the bottom ffof soil. But there is water just building up on leaves. Not a tiny amount. It's like it just rained and water is just chillin on some leaves? Should I be worried about it? Pics if needed. I don't water from top of soil or spray...

my question is do i add n or flush? i was like this before i watered today.
