I just got a bottle of Eagle 20 and I'm going to do 1/4tsp per gal. How much do I need to spray per plant? Until all leaves are soaked and dripping? Is it ok to handle plant with bare hands(picking off leaves) the next day after it has dried? Should I spray with light on or off?

Plants have been veg 3-4 weeks from clone under 2000w. Foxfarm ocean forest mixed with happy frog. No nutes just tap water at 440ppm. I just gave them a dose of floranova grow and floralicious plus at 800ppm +440 from the water. Next watering epsom salt at 1/2 tsp per gallon thinking maybe mg...
