So I am all legal with patient cards but what about the people living where I grow? Do they have to have cards also? What about minors? It is a nice house with the crop down below. Do I need a fence ALL the way around not just so roadway is blocked?

Could I have wind burn??? or could it be shock? plants went in the ground about 2 wks ago and they arent doing to much at all. it is pretty windy so I thought this might be the problem????
