I've just switched to 12/12 a couple of days ago and alot of my plants are starting to flop now. I'm growing in soil, using the wet/dry cycle. Waited for pre-flowers, transplanted and gave a good root stim and vegged for 7 days then I had to flip since alot of them was starting to get too tall...

I'm on my first grow and i'm coming close to my first transplantation. Is it best to transplant when the soil is wet or dry? Can't find the info. I just don't want to cause any stress or problems. Thanks.
