I'm running a 400 watt mh/hps on a few plants in a 8x2x6 closet i keep my apt. at a temp of 75. I know i need to vent the hot air out of the closet.... My question is how and with what type of cfm fan will i need?

I have a few seedlings that sprouted, however one is not growing rapidly and as good as the others and one of the first two leaves that came out is severely yellowish and brown looking and shrivly. I used saran wrap to encourage sprouting and I'm thinking maybe I left this one inside of its dome...
