so i want to start growing and i have a 400w MH bulb. iv been looking it up online and iv seen some people say that you should use a Florescent Light untill they are about 6 inches tall and then start adapting them to the MH bulb. If its possible i would like to just start off using the MH bulb...

so im making a grow box and i put a hole in the bottom for a fan and a hole at the top so i can circulate the air, but the problem is the the fan would be blowing on my plants. what do you guys recommend i should do, or the fan blowing on the plants not that big of a problem.

So what type of lights should i use to grow my weed. I know to use the MH or the HPS bulbs are best and id like to use either one. But when i go to the home depot im not sure what im looking for because i find the MH and HPS bulbs but dont know what watt i need or how much lumes output i need...

Im new to growing so im not sure what could we cause this yellowing. iv read and i feel like it could be either im giving it to much nutrients, bugs, overwater, or something with the lighting. can anyone please help me they are about 2 weeks old.
