Anyone ever seen anything like this before?

So I'm on day 45 and I still haven't noticed any amber trichomes. When should I start the flush? Should I start once ive already started to notice trichomes? or should i start now? How much should I flush? My ladies are in 5 gal

So i'm into day 34 of flowering and one of my strains has been getting some spots. Another strain that i also have is getting them as well but it's not as bad. any ideas?
