What is all this stuff over my foliage?

Is it mold? Should I pull the crop =/

I have no information about these pants.they are bagseed and this is my first flowering. The plant has quite the smell. I also have two clones that I was told were blue dream... they seem different to me. They are only about four inches tall because I got them and just let them do their thing.

So ive been re-doing my grow closet the past few months and I think I found my ideal setup... but I will probably add more lights. What do you guys think? I recently attempted my first FIM... you can tell what one that is(small pot). As far as I can tell it worked and a lot of bushing formed...

This is going to be fun.... 8 seeds planted in a pot the size of a red solo... actually a tad shorter. One CFL light. 3 have sprouted so far. Who will win!? P.S. no bs. pics up soon.
