Went from 200w CFL's to 600w hps, but my mistake, I put the light too close and burned my baby. Is there anything I can do but take off the crispy leaves and give it some darkness ? So devostated

Just wondering if an indoor/outdoor grow is possible, as in putting the plants in the sun during the day and under CFL at night ? Will this have a positive or negative effect on the plants.

Mayb I'm crazy but these 2 plants grown from the same seeds look different to me, one more short n stocky(right one) the other more spread out and growing quicker ... Pics below Both are about 3 weeks in. Any insight would be appreciated
