help i am usining a single waterfarm and m y water isnt circulating i dont kno if its the pump or wat e l..is it necessary or can i jus make sure the resevoir is full or can i jus drop the line in the resevoir n make it like bubble ponics please help

hey jus do in a update its a fem sweetblack angel and a fem afghan kush in a water farm, gen hydro nutes ,and a 400 wat hps, they were also 12/12 from seed..theyve been flowering for about two weeks now the sweet black angel is buddin but the afghan jus got its white hairs.any advice or input...
