my 10 days old seedling stopped from growing 3 days ago. today i noticed she started to turn yellow... what should i do?

As i said, 8 days till she popped outside the ground, giving her 20/4 under 2x23w CFL's, temp 27-30*C, hum 30-35%. Soil is regular from shop, with perlite and vermiculite 50/50/50. isn't she a little bit small for 8days? i'm open to any suggestions :) L.E: i came with some pictures of the box...

hello there guys :), i just finished my box for growing. its 50x50x80 cm and i have 1 seedling that just sprouted. i'm using 4x23w 6500K CFL's, as for ventilation 1 got 2x120mm scythe slip strean 800 rpm (pc cooler), 1 for intake and 1 for outtake, and i just hanged another 2x80mm pc coolers...

hello there, is it okay to grow for the first time with 4 cfl's/24w. the space is quite small 50x50x80 and i want just 1 indica plant.

so i got my new seeds, germinated them, and i got little plants coming out from the pots, like 2 cm tall, but my only light is a 400w sunmaster HPS, should i put them under that light, or i need another light?
