I'm growing some Dinafem & some John Sinclairs (2 seeds only, 1 of each). There are NO leaves yet, the seed casing just popped off today for both of them and no head was left! One has half a leaf like it was torn and the other has no head at all! Is this normal? They're only about 3/4" high...
