its been about 14-18days under 24 hours oflight,should i change it and when do i change it to 12/12. its about 3-4 inchs big now its a beaut!!!

24/0 was the lighting cycle i had it on for about 2 weeks should i change it now? i heard from a friend im not suppose to be giving it 24 hours of light.

ok guys its my first grow,i germinated my seed the white rooty things kicking out the bottom i got my pot and soil all ready,now wich way to i plant the seed? with the white root sticking up or down? also what lighting cycle should i put it on should i give it instant light after i plant it or...
