one of my ladies fell over this morning and i was wondering what would have caused this to happen? im running shop lights about 10" above them and temps are around 70 at day 60 at night ( cant help this) ANY HELP WOULD BE amazing

Im having the hardest time trying to get my temps above 65f during the day and above 60f and night. I need help!!! I have my furnace blowing air in but my room is in the basement and its cold here!! I hope my plants are ok? Any help will be amazing:joint:

Im about to transplant 5 girls into 100% perlite is there anything i should do to get the perlite ready. My seedlings are in 1 inch rockwool cubes. Also my temps are hard to stay above 65 f. Any help would be nice thanks guys
