Guys. I was looking at these grow tents that a few people have mentioned. I live in UK so if I started a grow soon it would be winter so If I was using CFL's it might not get so hot. I'd say room temp in winter could get low but I will have the central heating on so I don't think the plants will...

Do you think a standard kitchen base unit like the one in the link would work well for a grow box? Has anyone tried this? I know I'd need to get doors and a top for it but do you think it would be easy to customise it in terms of light sealing, ventilation, odour control etc...

What's the bare minimum you would need to grow one or two plants. In terms of CFL Lights ventilation etc. Could you use a cardboard box? Also, how do you move the lights up and down? PS. Sorry to be the next dumb fucker to ask this type of question
