my plant is growing good in size so far but the bottom leaves have turned yellow and dried up...im using 4 13 watt cfls and the temp is always about 75-81 and humidity from 48-71...any suggestions?

This is my second attempt at growing a plant. I have 2 plants goin right now..one is already about 2-3 inches tall and the other is about an inch or 2 and both are a little less then 3 days old(since the day I planted the germinated seeds...I have 2 13 watt 700 lumens lightbulbs on each one...

Today I saw two little green leaves coming out of the dirt.. But there is also this big stem looking thing that's comin out too..it's about 2 inches long..I'm very new at this so any answers? Or anything?
