okay so ive been reading and people have been saying black lights can work and cant work. i just want an opinion on what you all think. i got 3 big black lights. and i was thinking about it. i might try it depends on what everyone says.

okay, so basically all i want to do is make a small plant that flowers fast. i mean im not expecting like hours or days. but i just want to make some bud and im now germinizing some seeds and i want to know what i need to do. and how big it would grow ? any suggestions would be liked. :weed:
