Hey folks, just getting back into it, got a place where I can run a veg and flower room both huge and in the attic, questions are should I realistically just veg in the closet and run 2 flower rooms? Also I came across some cheap shop lights 6 footers, 4 sets, are these cool to start veg with?

Found a light fixture in my basement that was previously holding some 34w coolwhite long tubes. while I know that those are terrible for growing was wondering if anyone knew what kind of bulb I could replace them with another kind of bulb so i wouldnt have to veg with my 500w hps
