Well I just set up my new grow in my closet and just wanted to get some opinions from people. I'm growing in soil mixed with id say 1/4 of perlite. I germinated a few bag seeds and some Headband bag seeds. For some strange reason the Headband seeds havnt cracked yet and the midgrade bag seeds...

Think it'd be better to start my seedlings with some cheap shoplights and a couple fluoro light bulbs or just put it right to my 400w hps which has a hortilux bulb that has 30% more blue spectrum. Think the light will be too strong for them at that age?
