i need an alternative to mylar, im doin the poster board around it with mylar

ok look im a first time grower but i think im doin ok, i used just water for about 7 weeks for two plants and they seem to having their shouts coming out and i was wondering if i could skip to week 7 in the nutes i jus bought.
