I'm 12 days into my grow, and im just wondering how my plant is doing it was a little dry when i took this pic, i watered it, and im about to put it in a new pot any suggestions? :peace:

so i started my grow bout 5 days ago. I started by Germing my seeds with the paper towel method ( 2/2 germed). Then i planted them in cups with M.G. potting soil that feeds for 6 months. Ive been watering them like im supposed to, but im just looking for some tips, or maybe some criticism...

Ive started to germ some seeds, and i have 2 questions. 1. which way should the little root face when i put it in soil? Up? or down? 2. how can i keep my plant from growing too high, im just growing this first time to test the water, so its only 2 plants. The picture is my little seed...
