What do you guys think about my plants? Pic one is only 2 weeks old and looks a little fucked up but I don't know why. The other plant has been vegging for quite a time and I've taken some cuttings from her.

Hello everyone Friend of mine was worried with his first grow and come over to me with these (picture) we don't know if it's the start of a female bud or a seed or a hermiething? The plant is 54 days into 12/12 and this was found on one of the lowest branches. Hope you can help us out!!
