hey guys i recently purchased a new 600w hps MH (electronic ballast). When i plug it in it fires and arcs but then shuts off after about 2 seconds. Then the fan will turn on for a second then off for a second. It does this about 6 times then fires for 2 seconds and repeats. Any ideas?
